Price range: 38,00 € through 48,00 €
Plates with a high rim, about 2 cm, decorated with wild strawberries. Each strawberry has all its seeds, although I don't think they'll sprout.
Available in small (approximately 14 cm in diameter) and large (approximately 22 cm in diameter) sizes.
This plate with a rim is perfect for holding things.
But what, exactly? The small one can hold two small cups and teaspoons, or a few cookies. Or your favorite breakfast mug so that, even if you spill, it won’t stain the tablecloth. You can also set your ladle on it while you’re cooking.
Or use it for keys or small items, like a pocket emptier.
The larger one works well as a serving plate, for bringing dishes to the table, or for holding dessert or fruit. It too can be used as a container, especially if your pockets are always full of stuff.
French porcelain, slab technique, carefully decorated by hand.
The plate may not be perfectly round as porcelain warps easily during firing.
Small plate: approximately 14–15 cm in diameter.
Large plate: approximately 20–22 cm in diameter.
Care and use: Dishwasher safe, microwave safe.
You are purchasing a one-of-a-kind piece. The decoration may be positioned slightly differently than what you see in the photo, it may be slightly larger or smaller, and the color may be brighter or softer. The shape may vary slightly, but the dimensions will be very similar to those listed. Any variation indicates that this is a one-of-a-kind, authentic piece, made entirely by hand, from the porcelain slab to the glazing: it should not be considered a defect.
Porcelain is more durable than ceramic because its clay mixture contains kaolin and quartz, making it particularly long-lasting. Think of almost all tableware, even mass-produced items: the highest-quality pieces are made of porcelain, and you’ll find them in restaurants and establishments that use them intensively on a daily basis.
Yes! All pieces without lustre can be safely placed in the dishwasher or microwave. Pieces with a golden or other type of lustre should be washed by hand, because the dishwasher’s spray jets could scratch or fade the overglaze over time.
You are purchasing a one-of-a-kind piece, made entirely by hand. Each item you see is the result of research, experimentation, and testing. Creating it takes a lot of time, as well as a great deal of patience and imagination. You’re buying something special, that only you will own and that will keep you company for a long time, with joy.
Each piece is unique: even if I tried to make two identical objects, they would never be exactly the same once they came out of the kiln. Porcelain tends to warp during firing, which makes each piece even more special. The decorations may differ slightly from what you see on the screen, especially the colors. But these very small details are a sign of uniqueness and should not be considered flaws!
You can fill the item with water and bleach (for example, three or four tablespoons of bleach for a cup, one or two for a saucer) and leave it be for a few hours or overnight. Then empty it and wash it thoroughly with dish soap and hot water. You can repeat the process if necessary.
Saucers are useful for many things: to hold a tea bag, to rest a ladle or cutlery on. They can also be used to serve cookies or other foods at the table, as a place to empty your pockets, or to safely store earrings, rings, and other small jewelry overnight. You can even hang them on the wall!

Are you thinking about a memory you want to keep close or a gift for someone special? Can’t find what you are looking for?
Tell me what you have in mind, I can create it. It will be wonderful to give life to a unique piece, a porcelain fairy tale thought up just for you or for someone you want to surprise.
