Afternoon tea in a delightful cup, a little gem that clinks against your favorite saucer just before bedtime, a bowl that makes you smile every time you look at it. There’s always need for a little wonder.
My porcelain fairy tales come to life this way, picturing how I’m coming with you through your daily routine with small, light, and dreamy things.
I draw from within and pour my inner world into the porcelain, so that it might become a bit yours too. I put into it the joy I feel in shaping something beautiful and tender, that might surprise you.

I’m Maddalena
I create porcelain fairy tales in my workshop in the mountains, surrounded by the Dolomites, which is also the atelier where I welcome you. I love to imagine, I always have. In my mind a world of images of all kinds unravels.
My creations are one-of-a-kind pieces to wear or to decorate your home with. I shape them by hand, starting with a butter-colored porcelain, and illustrate them one by one. I let myself be guided by my imagination, by the small things I observe, by the moving wonder of nature.
I like the idea that a porcelain cup or pendant could make you feel something beautiful or bring a happy memory to mind.
If you go to read there’s also my mustard-colored sofa, which is perfect for enjoying a treat right after a walk in the woods (especially if it rains).

Every now and then I write a newsletter, but I call it Letterina. I write about stories from the workshop, sneak peeks at what’s new and the things I like best. It’s a way to keep close, smile, slow down.
