Terms and conditions

The general terms and conditions of sale are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (the Consumer Code), with specific reference to the rules on distance contracts; by Legislative Decree No. 70 of 9 April 2003 on certain aspects of e-commerce; and by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014, which implements Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

MadeinMad undertakes to correct all errors in the description of products offered on the website as soon as possible after they are reported. Such errors may be reported by contacting MadeinMad customer service at the addresses and telephone numbers indicated above.

MadeinMad shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising from the installation and/or use of the product in an improper manner and/or in a manner that does not comply with the instructions provided by the manufacturer, nor for damages arising from unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure. MadeinMad shall not be liable for loss of revenue, profits or data, or for any other indirect damage of any kind arising from or otherwise connected with contracts subject to the general terms and conditions. In any event, MadeinMad’s liability may not exceed the total value of the purchase order. Under no circumstances may MadeinMad be held liable for failure to fulfil any of its obligations arising from contracts subject to the general terms and conditions where such failure is caused by unforeseeable circumstances and/or force majeure, including, by way of example only, natural disasters, terrorist acts, network malfunctions and/or blackouts.

Suspension of Service

MadeinMad reserves the right to temporarily suspend, without prior notice, the provision of services for the time strictly necessary for technical measures necessary and/or appropriate to improve the quality of those services. MadeinMad may, at any time, interrupt the provision of the service where there are justified security reasons or breaches of confidentiality, in which case the user will be notified.

Amendment of the General Terms and Conditions

The general terms and conditions may be amended at any time. Any amendments and/or new conditions will take effect from the time they are published on the website, with an indication of the effective date of the amendments, which must be at least 30 days after publication on the website. In any event, the user will be entitled to the application of the general terms and conditions and the other contractual and economic terms in force at the time the purchase order is submitted.

Texts, photographs, graphics and multimedia content included on the website www.MadeinMad.com may not be published, rewritten, commercialised, distributed, broadcast by radio or video, by users or third parties in general, in any manner or form, without prior authorisation.
